Headquartered in Penndel, PA and with over 120,000 square feet in production space, MOLDAMATIC, LLC has 3 production facilities. There are two facilities at the headquarters in Penndel and one ISO 9001-2000 certified production facility in Newportville, PA. Penndel is located about 20 miles northeast of Philadelphia.

MOLDAMATIC, LLC's Production Department offers 47 injection molding presses, ranging from 40 ton through 450 ton, with shot capacity through 60 ounces. MOLDAMATIC, LLC's molding technicians are experienced in the use of a wide range of machines and peripherals utilizing the highest tolerance engineering resins through the more common commodity materials. The broad range of molding machines and varied resin experiences allows us to support many more aspects of your manufacturing and engineering requirements.

Our state-of-the-art moldmaking facility is staffed by 20 accredited moldmakers. We use the latest in technology including wire EDM machines, CNC-EDM and CNC milling machines. Our focus on moldmaking technology allows us to perform all but few special machine processes in house. This virtually eliminates the need for outside sources and increases our control over your mold quality and delivery.

All product inspected is run under U.L, FDA and MIL standards. Recently, one of our larger production facilities was ISO 9001-2000 certified which further demonstrates our commitment to quality.

We have standard cardboard casing. However, for more fragile components, we work directly with customers and our packaging suppliers to provide custom protective packaging as required.
